- How much is the rent per week? Rent is from £85.00 per week for single en-suite room and up to £128.00 per week for a large double en-suite room.
- Is there a deposit to pay, is this refundable? There is a £250 deposit to pay to secure the room; this is refundable at the end of the academic year provided there is no damage to the apartment. £100 of this may be kept if you do not proceed with the booking.
- How long is the contract and when does it start? Contract length is 40 weeks, this will begin on the 1st of September 2008
- Is there an onsite Management Team? Yes, Cotton Mills has an onsite Mangement team that are available to help you in anyway they can.
- I love the accommodation and want to book, what do I do? Please email / ring us and send your deposit (£250) made payable 'New Homes' to Cotton Mills, Radford Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 3BR, United Kingdom.
- Where do I collect my keys from?You can collect your keys from the office on site, you will need to bring photo Proof of ID, for example driving license/passport.
- Where is the accommodation situated? The student accommodation is situated in Radford Boulevard.
- Do I get a reduction if I pay my fees in full at the start of the year? Yes we offer you £115.00 cash back once paid in full.(only applicable to 40 week stay)
- Does the Cotton mills have internet access? Yes the Cotton Mills does have internet points in each room
- Do I need a guarantor? Yes, we do ask that all students have a guarantor.
- What is the full postal address and post code of The Cotton Mills? The Cotton Mills, Radford Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 3BR, United Kingdom
- Where will my post be delivered to? There are post boxes situated in the common room at the entrance of teh Cotton Mills.
- Is there parking on site? Unfortunately there is no parking on site, however there is a limited number of on street parking available.
- Will my room be en suite?All rooms at the Cotton Mills are en suite.
- What should I bring?You will need to bring bed linen and kitchen crockery, saucepans, cooking dishes, plates and bowls.
- Is there laundry on site? Yes there is laundry on site and this is open 24 hours of the day, 7 days of the week
- Is there security on site? Yes the Cotton Mills is monitored by numerous 24hr CCTV, as well as security gates and lighting.
